TDC2000 systems have been in operation for more than 25 years and will be supported by Honeywell in the future. However, ageing workforce and a greater demand for energy savings, environmental protection and improved operational effectiveness require users to look closely at different solutions for technology refresh and upgrades.

The TDC3000/TPN/TPS system architecture provides LCN (Local Control Network) for supervisory/HMI functions and UCN (Universal Control Network) for controllers interface. The integrated Experion®/TPS/TPN HMI environment and enhanced features of the new controllers provide opportunity for further improvement of the effectiveness of control operations.
